Tip Given ZERONotes: This server has served me for
over a decade with TOP service (50). A total decline in past 2 years
and not alone as the rest of the staff has failed many of these basics
too.
ABOUT us:
Service has become so poor on
average that a former Busboy, turned Waiter, turned Cook, turned
Kitchen Manager, turned Bar Manager, turned GM thought, "enough is
enough" and created a simple list of the most basic of waitperson
skills along with an associated score. This is by all means not ALL it
takes for a 5 Star experience, but what is considered
BASIC
service. As a waitperson these elements
should be performed routinely to every customer. If you aren't getting
50 points, you should not be in the FOOD SERVICE INDUSTRY.
This site puposely does not
include names so as to respect the actual identity of the staff UNLESS
the employer has requested otherwise.
YourServiceRating.com
is available to restaurants and will perform this along with more
detail upon request.
